Really nice. I'd call this a 4.5 star hotel. All it would need is some polish to make it 5 star. Room (1309) was big for NYC. Blackout shades and dead quiet. Bathroom was spacious and shower was very nice. Had a small working mini fridge. Real coffee cups and glass glasses. And a single cup Keurig machine. They also offer a tea kettle but they were unable to provide one, so they brought me a cup of hot water to my room.

The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, and we were especially impressed with Ms. Saloua M, who went above and beyond to assist us. She answered all our questions, provided great local tips, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect- close to the key attractions and easy Transportation.
Mar 23, 2025 · Maggy PI recently travelled from Toronto to NYC with my 14 year old daughter and we stayed for 3 nights at the Executive Hotel. We loved it. The staff are so friendly ( huge shout out to manager Steven Kyriakides for behind so helpful!). The hotel is spotless/clean and the location is the hotel is amazing- walking. Distance to Broadway and Times Square and Central Park. I’m going back with my other daughter in June and we will definately be staying here again!
Mar 24, 2025 · Lisa GelmanThis is our go to hotel when we are in NYC and mainly due to the staff. You won’t find a more friendly and helpful front desk staff. The 250 sq ft rooms are very tight so I would suggest paying the upgrade to the bigger 350 sq ft room. But the bigger rooms are perfect. The location is great and plenty of good restaurants around but if you are a hurry for breakfast I would skip the restaurant attached to the hotel. Kitchen gets overwhelmed quickly. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was exceptional, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I made use of the exercise room every day, and I was impressed by the new, high-quality equipment. It was well-stocked with chilled water bottles, headphones, and hand sanitizer, and the room temperature was just right. I highly recommend Le Soleil!
