Luma Hotel Times Square

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Luma Hotel was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the heart of Times Square, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience, breathtaking views, and world-class service. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Our room was immaculate—modern, spacious, and boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked the dazzling lights of Times Square. Watching the city come to life from the comfort of our room was an unforgettable experience. The amenities were top-notch! The bar was very well stocked, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the on-site dining options were simply divine. Whether we needed recommendations for Broadway shows, dinner reservations, or just an extra pillow, the staff was always eager to assist with warm smiles. The location couldn’t be better! We were steps away from Broadway theaters, world-famous restaurants, and iconic attractions. Despite being in the heart of the action, our room was quiet and provided the perfect escape after a day of exploring. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable New York City experience, Luma Hotel is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

I had an excellent 4-night birthday stay. The room was clean, comfortable—and spacious for New York, including a King bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, remembering me whenever I came back. Special thanks to Deborah, Alyssa, Travis, and Zack. Great Midtown location. I was in town for Broadway and the hotel was less than a 10-minute walk to all four theaters. There’s a Whole Foods on the corner, across from Bryant Park. CVS is close and I enjoyed Culture for coffee a few blocks away.

Couldn't recommend Luma more. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we could need. We also loved the size of the hotel. At some of the bigger hotels, we would find ourselves waiting for elevators only to find them full when they got to our floor. Never a problem here with only 6 rooms on our floor. Best of all, the location was perfectly convenient for a weekend of Broadway shows! Bonus, the restaurant in the lobby was wonderful.

Overall, had a fantastic experience at Luma Hotel. We booked six nights, one room for 3 people, and were given a room with two king sized beds. I have been to high end 5 star hotels that did not provide this, but gave a small bed for the third person. The room has everything you need. Amenities that get replenished often, it's spotlessly clean, it has very fast wifi, and the shower is spacious. The only downside is that our room had no natural light as it was completely blocked by another high rise only a few meters outside our window. However this is something that we didn't mind too much, and would in no way affect our decision to stay at Luma hotel again in the future. Another big positive, is the hotel's location. It is only a 2 minute walk to Bryant Park, and even less to get to Times Square! Other landmarks like The Empire State Building, 30 Rock, Trump Tower, and Central Park, are all about 20 minutes away by foot. If you are a tourist like we were, then this is a very big advantage. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Our first time staying overnight in the city. Service was spectacular. Everyone was super friendly. The doorman even offered to walk us to the subway station when we asked for directions. They have a restaurant in the hotel that we ate dinner and breakfast at. Dinner service was blah. Breakfast was great. Self-serve buffet with great food for $27 per person. The room was clean and very spacious for the city. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great. Expensive (Christmas time), but we would stay here again. Room included 2 free waters and a free pair of slippers. They have robes too, but those are not free to keep. Overall a great experience! Thanks Luma staff!
