This hotel is conveniently located right by MSG, Penn Station, and Times Square. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms with twin beds are TINY. The bed is wall to wall, sink and bathroom are right next to the door with minimal space between that and the bed. Comfortable enough for one person and for a short stay. Did not have a desk and chair like I was expecting either. It was a little surprising compared to what I expected looking at the photos. Food from the bar was not bad and there's a pretty good food voucher included with the room rate. Would probably stay again for the convenience of location and the friendly staff. Now for my standard comments. Location is decently clean and well-kept. Walls and window sill could have been cleaner but not a big deal.

I was worried about staying in a 4 bunk room with our teens but it actually worked out well. The room was great. Lots of space to lounge outside the room if you want. The breakfast in the morning was a nice option along with bottles of water and juice. The only suggestion would be to maybe have a gluten free muffin or loaf option in the morning. Otherwise great stay.
Mar 13, 2025 · Cindy ClanceyGreat if you can tolerate noise…. Lots of noise, both inside and outside. You can hear the DJ on the roof Tuesday thru Saturday. I think some of the sounds were also coming from Times Square (not 100% sure). The doors are also not remotely soundproof (see picture) they have a window which doesn’t help. Cool! But doesn’t help with sound inside of the halls of the hotel. The rooms are quite small which did not bother me at all but I was a solo traveler and could manage my small two carry-on’s. If I had large luggage it would pose a real problem. The location is really terrific for theater and even access to the village. Summary: cool fun hotel, great location, but super loud.

They have been really smart with how they have designed the rooms to offer storage in different ways. It was clean, service was great, beds were comfy, and the F&B area on level 2 was great too. It’s the perfect spot for tourists as it’s 2min from Times Square. Highly recommend.
Mar 06, 2025 · A LGreat trip overall. This location and its proximity to Times Square and the Amtrak is unmatched and there is an immense amount of eateries and restaurants near. While the rooms were small and no window access, the beautiful property and welcoming staff and environment made this trip a success. Giovanni was amazing and went above and beyond to make my 2 nights comfortable. The property offered a $30 F&B credit upon checking in and it went to great use.
