I had an amazing stay at the Park Terrace Hotel NYC! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and within walk distance to many attractions. A special shout-out to Miguel, who truly made a difference in my stay. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His professionalism and warm demeanor added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. The amenities were excellent, especially the sauna, which was a perfect way to unwind. The only small downside was having to request twice for it to be turned on and waiting a bit longer than expected for it to reach the ideal temperature. However, once it was ready, it was absolutely worth it! Overall, I highly recommend the Park Terrace Hotel. The exceptional service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting NYC. I will definitely be returning!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was special. The service was exceptional, and the personal touches truly made a difference. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions, and with stunning views that we’ll never forget. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained every single day, and the bed was so comfortable that we felt completely rested after each busy day exploring. Our honeymoon was made even more memorable by our stay at the Park Terrace Hotel. If you’re looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and warmth, this hotel is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back someday!

This hotel was fantastic! I'm normally not a fan of staying in Midtown, but this was an excellent choice. Smack in the middle of Manhattan, but quiet thanks to the closeness to Bryant Park (which was an added plus, that library should not be missed), and several subway lines on either end of the park. My room was unfortunately not towards the park which meant I could enjoy a proper NYC view straight into a wall, but it also meant it was super quiet with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. It was was kept tidy and cleaned every day and all I could complain on is the water pressure in the shower, but that goes for NYC generally. Also, a big tank you to the staff who made my stay very pleasant. Special shoutout to Arlette who was always friendly, welcoming and made sure I had the most seamless checkout experience. I didn't make it up to the terrace this time, but planning on staying here again and would def recommend this hotel!

Rooms are lacking. No fans and also no fridge. Ate food at their restaurant on a Sunday night. Had their homemade pasta and sausage dish. Woke up at 3 am with the most violent food poisoning on thw day we were supposed to go home. Couldn't make my train trip, had to book another night with no compensation, restaurant offered us a free pizza and salad and had to reschedule train ride home. All in all I'd stay here for a trip but I would not eat at the restaurant attached again.
