Mar 15, 2025 · Kenny KingWe just had a 3 night stay that was absolutely fantastic. I had a suite with Empire State bldg views. The room is massive for NYC. It is great in every way. The housekeeper is amazing, I have not witnessed attention to detail like that in a long time. The lounge exceeds all expectations. Florin is a one of a kind host in the lounge. Top notch service. The door man Jack is exceptional. I was very pleased with every aspect of this hotel. Everyone on the staff was attentive and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping. The concierge was very helpful and got us a fantastic table at one of his recommended spots.

The rooms are beautiful and the food was great. The Langham Club is well worth the price. Will stay there again!
Feb 20, 2025 · Howie BI stayed here last weekend and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was better than I could have imagined, the mini bar and fridge were fully stocked, and I had an amazing city view. The next time I'm in NYC I will definitely be staying here again
Feb 11, 2025 · CarrieThe location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping was fantastic, and room service was prompt and satisfactory. This was the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and we were kindly upgraded upon our late evening arrival. The hotel shares a building with the Langham private residences, and we had access to the lounge, which was beautifully decorated, with friendly staff. While I have experienced better offerings at other hotel lounges, the options here were still enjoyable. The service wasn't quite at the Ritz Carlton level, but it was attentive and courteous. I’m deducting one star for service, as we noticed a significant improvement only after we returned to the hotel with designer shopping bags in hand.
